Havells
Havells, a leading electrical equipment company, aims to bring its brand experience centers to a global audience through the use of 360-degree virtual tours. The virtual tour allows customers to access the company's entire range of products from the comfort of their homes through guided or unguided tours. The challenge was to bring the Havells & Lloyd range of products to a global audience through an immersive and interactive experience that combines the convenience of online shopping with the physical store experience.
Matterport technology was used to capture the entire experience center, providing a lifelike and close-to-real experience. The Treedis Retail Solutions platform was used to create a digital twin of the retail store and integrate different features, such as a redesigned interface to match branding and brand identity, custom analytics, 3D assets that match the physical space, and 3 APIs. The APIs are designed to interact with the inventory, retrieve product information, or use the Havells payment system.
The virtual tour provides customers with a direct and convenient way to access Havells & Lloyd products from their homes. Customers can interact with products, explore their features, and experience them in 3D, AR, and VR. The Treedis V Commerce solution allows customers to view products near them in real-time, add items to their cart, and navigate the tour easily. The gateway allows users to purchase using UPI, debit cards, credit cards, etc. The virtual tour also offers the best prices, and availability to specific pin codes/ consumer locations.
The virtual tour offers a new form of digital marketing that combines the convenience of online shopping with the physical store experience through digital twins.
