We aim to build the future of 3D experiences by developing new technologies and experiences in the MetaverseWe are looking for our next Customer Success Manager Rockstar !Position is hybrid, 2 days/week from the officeThe ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals.Responsibilities

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients
  • Proactively identify expansion opportunities and expand our revenue in accounts through cross and up-selling
  • Closing up sales deals
  • Act as customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with internal teams including product management, engineering, sales and finance.
  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
  • Aid clients in achieving their goals

Qualifications

  • Native English – writing and speaking
  • Previous experience in customer success or sales
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
  • Positive, self-starter attitude with absolute willingness to go the extra mile and exceed expectations
