 Physical stores had accessibility challenges during the COVID era. In addition, the lack of a powerful marketing tool was leading to a decrease in sales.

The Approach

Treedis provided operational and technological solutions for capturing all the chain stores. Setting up teams from both companies to cooperate on high-volume rollouts and development projects.

The Results

The rollout project had a very ambitious target to capture 750 stores in 2 months. The Treedis project management team alongside Optical Center teams managed to achieve this target as planned. As of today, Optical Center has over 15 Million views in the different stores. The marketing value is immense. Having the 3D tour for each store on their website made Optical Center more accessible and put them one giant step ahead of their competitors. The analytics have helped understand the behavior of clients, detect trends, and respond to them.
